SM Africa Has Proven It Can Deliver
SM Africa (SMAfrica.org) operates in one of the world's most challenging environments. In an active conflict zone, this organization has delivered healthcare directly to women, men and children who had no other access to it, improving health outcomes for more than 2,500 people.
Beyond direct service, SM Africa has built a Digital Consultation Unit, a technology-enabled model for healthcare delivery at scale. It is not just an innovation for one country. It is a social enterprise model that can be adapted and deployed across other conflict zones and underserved regions, multiplying impact by 10x, 100x, or even 1,000x the number of people served.
The consulting engagement at the heart of this program is focused on developing a business model and fundraising strategy to help SM Africa make that leap. From 2,500 people served to tens of thousands, and eventually hundreds of thousands, in multiple countries.
