You will interview two or three of your best past clients with a short guided script. (We will provide a video guide.) These conversations take 15 to 20 minutes each and are the raw material for the session.
We review what your clients actually said, separate it from what you assumed, and identify the real patterns behind why people hire you.
We debrief your interviews and use the evidence to identify new opportunities and map adjacent industries, overlooked client types, and new segments you may not have considered but should.
You leave with a clear positioning statement and are clear about your Ideal Client Profile and your market and customer segments that you are already talking to about their needs and opportunities.
